Due to our updated policy, we no longer hold items on deposit. To reserve any item, full payment is required. Once your payment is confirmed, it is non-refundable. If you cancel, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

We accept DuitNow, online bank transfers (to our ECO RING MALAYSIA SDN BHD. account. ), QR Code, E-wallets and cards (a small surcharge applies).

Am I responsible for duties and taxes on international orders?

Yes. all duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Some countries may not be eligible for shipping.

What if I miss my self-collect slot?

Uncollected orders are canceled and incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Can I arrange my own pickup?

Yes. select “Self-Collect,” then contact us via WhatsApp with your name and estimated pickup time. We’ll confirm before you book Grab / Lalamove.
