Real-Time Auctions (RTA) offer an exciting live-bidding experience! RTAs operate on a 10-second bidding window.
Each new bid resets the timer to 10 seconds. If no new bid is placed before the timer reaches zero, bidding on that item ends.

Time–Limited Auctions (TLAs) offer a calmer, more strategic auction experience. Take your time to plan your bids and enjoy a balanced pace of competition.
With TLAs, you have a 4-day bidding window to strategize and place your best bid.

Are there any pre-auction sales or early purchase options for items?
We do not offer purchases before the auction. For Real-Time Auctions (RTA), you can place pre-bids during the preview period. On the day after the auction, check OFFERS in the EcoRing Auction app for any items available for negotiation.
What types of brands are typically featured in your auctions?
Our auctions feature a diverse range of luxury brands, including but not limited to Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Hermès, Rolex, Gucci, and Prada. We offer a wide selection of items.
What is the cancellation policy for winning bids?
There is a 10% cancellation fee for any winning bid that is cancelled, including accidental bids. If the cancellation fee is not paid, your account will be banned and you will not be able to participate in future auctions. The current fee-waiver promotion until June 2027 covers membership and transaction fees.
What is the payment schedule for auction items?
After the auction, open WON LIST in the EcoRing Auction app, review your won items and select CONFIRM WON LIST before the displayed confirmation deadline. Then open PAYMENTS to check the amount due, payment instructions and shipping fees.
A security deposit payment equivalent to 10% of the total successful bid price for your won items is required on the same day you confirm the purchase. Full payment must be made within seven (7) days after winning the auction (together with the shipping fees, if applicable). Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your winning bid, and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
Do you offer delivery or self-collection for my purchases?
Yes, we do provide shipping services to addresses within Malaysia only. We will contact you via WhatsApp after the auction has ended. If you wish to have your item shipped, we will provide a courier fee quotation. Please note that shipping fees cannot be combined with other purchases that are not part of the auction.
For self-collection, open PAYMENTS in WON LIST, select COLLECTION APPOINTMENT and choose an available date and time.
Do you offer international shipping?
For overseas purchases, customers must arrange collection and transportation of their won items. EcoRing does not provide, prepare or assist with the documentation required for overseas shipping.
